These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Korea Pick mobile app (Bundle ID: com.enskorea.koreapick) provided by ENS Korea ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using Korea Pick, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Korea Pick helps visitors to Korea create personal collections of places (restaurants, cafés, sights, etc.), view them on a map, and optionally publish collections for other users to discover. Features may change over time as we improve the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Korea Pick. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. No traditional account

Korea Pick does not use email or password login. Instead, each installation receives an anonymous device ID. You may copy this ID as a recovery code to restore your author identity on another device. Treat your recovery code like a key — anyone with it can claim your published content identity.

4. Your content

4.1 Local collections

Collections stored only on your device remain under your control. We cannot access or restore them if you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup.

4.2 Published collections

When you publish a collection, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within Korea Pick (including in Discover, detail views, and map pins) so other users can view it. You represent that you have the right to share the content you publish and that it does not infringe others' rights.

4.3 Photos

Do not upload images you do not have permission to share. Avoid posting others' personal information or identifiable faces without consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory place information
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Upload spam, malware, or illegal content
Infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
Publish content that promotes illegal activity or hate

6. Moderation and reports

Other users may report public collections. We may review reports and, at our discretion, hide or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Authors can delete their own published collections in the app.

7. Korea Pick Pass (future)

Optional paid features ("Korea Pick Pass") may be offered in future updates. Purchases will be processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refunds follow the store's policies. We may change Pass features or pricing with notice where required by law.

8. Third-party services and links

The app may link to external maps, websites, or APIs (e.g., Kakao, Google Maps). We are not responsible for third-party services. Place information comes from users and third parties — we do not guarantee accuracy, hours, prices, or availability.

9. Intellectual property

Korea Pick's name, logo, design, and software are owned by ENS Korea or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as permitted by the app stores. User-generated content remains yours subject to the license in Section 4.2.

10. Disclaimer

Korea Pick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel decisions based on app content are at your own risk. We are not a travel agency, map provider, or food safety authority.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENS Korea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Korea Pick. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or zero if you used the app for free).

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the service or remove content that violates these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may be announced in the app.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

본 이용약관("약관")은 ENS Korea("당사", "저희")가 제공하는 Korea Pick 모바일 앱(Bundle ID: com.enskorea.koreapick)의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 개요

Korea Pick은 한국 방문자가 장소(음식점, 카페, 관광지 등) 컬렉션을 만들고 지도에서 보관하며, 선택적으로 다른 사용자가 볼 수 있도록 공개할 수 있게 돕는 여행 앱입니다. 기능은 업데이트에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

2. 이용 자격

만 13세 이상(EEA 거주자는 16세 이상)이어야 합니다. 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다.

3. 계정 없음

이메일·비밀번호 로그인은 없습니다. 설치마다 익명 기기 ID가 부여되며, 이를 복구 코드로 저장해 다른 기기에서 작성자 신원을 복원할 수 있습니다. 복구 코드는 열쇠와 같으므로 타인에게 노출되지 않게 보관하세요.

4. 이용자 콘텐츠

4.1 로컬 컬렉션

기기에만 저장된 컬렉션은 이용자가 관리합니다. 앱 삭제·기기 분실 시 당사가 복구할 수 없습니다.

4.2 공개 컬렉션

컬렉션을 공개하면 Discover·상세·지도 등 앱 내에서 다른 이용자가 볼 수 있도록 호스팅·표시·배포할 수 있는 비독점적·전 세계적·로열티 없는 이용 허락을 당사에 부여합니다. 게시 콘텐츠에 대한 권리가 본인에게 있고 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.

4.3 사진

공유 권한 없는 이미지를 업로드하지 마세요. 타인의 개인정보나 식별 가능한 얼굴은 동의 없이 게시하지 마세요.

다음 행위를 하지 않기로 동의합니다.

허위·기만·명예훼손성 장소 정보 게시
괴롭힘, 위협, 타인 사칭
스팸, 악성코드, 불법 콘텐츠 업로드
서비스 방해, 무단 수집, 리버스 엔지니어링 시도
불법 행위·혐오 조장 콘텐츠 게시

6. 모더레이션 및 신고

다른 이용자가 공개 컬렉션을 신고할 수 있습니다. 당사는 신고를 검토하고 약관 또는 법령 위반 시 숨김·삭제할 수 있습니다. 작성자는 앱에서 본인 공개 컬렉션을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

7. Korea Pick Pass (향후)

향후 유료 기능("Korea Pick Pass")이 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제는 Apple 또는 Google 정책에 따르며, 환불도 각 스토어 규정을 따릅니다. Pass 기능·가격은 법령상 필요한 경우 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

8. 제3자 서비스 및 링크

외부 지도·웹사이트·API(카카오, Google Maps 등)로 연결될 수 있으며, 제3자 서비스에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다. 장소 정보는 이용자·제3자 제공이며, 정확성·영업시간·가격·이용 가능 여부를 보증하지 않습니다.

Korea Pick은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 앱 정보에 따른 여행·소비 결정은 본인 책임입니다. 당사는 여행사·지도 사업자·식품 안전 기관이 아닙니다.

11. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, Korea Pick 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 ENS Korea는 책임지지 않습니다. 당사의 총 책임은 최근 12개월간 이용자가 당사에 지불한 금액(무료 이용 시 0원)을 초과하지 않습니다.

12. 이용 종료

앱 삭제로 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 당사는 약관 위반 콘텐츠를 제거하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 종료 후에도 유효한 조항(면책, 책임 제한 등)은 존속합니다.

13. 약관 변경

본 약관은 수시로 개정될 수 있으며 시행일이 갱신됩니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면(법령상 허용되는 범위에서) 변경에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경은 앱에서 고지할 수 있습니다.

14. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 원칙적으로 대한민국 법원의 관할에 따르되, 이용자 거주국 강행 소비자 보호법이 달리 정하는 경우 그에 따릅니다.
